The Observatory once again denounces the difficulties of living in Basque
- The Observatorio de Derechos Lingüísticas presents its report for the year 2016 in San Sebastián. “Citizens who want to live in Basque have found great deficiencies,” says the Director of the Observatory, Garbiñe Petriati. The Observatory presented the results of last year’s report on the 21st anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Linguistic Rights.
