The court resolves the conditional release of Ion Parot, but the prosecutor appeals
- The Criminal Tax Tribunal has approved the conditional release of the Basque prisoner Ion Parot, but that is not the case at the moment because the Public Prosecutor’s Office has appealed for the decision. The Peace Road accuses Paris of being "affected by sectarian blindness" and "integrated into a security ideology that does not take into account the specificity of the Basque problem".
Nothing more than the Hearing has accepted the question, the Prosecutor, the Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor, has appealed against the decision to release Ion Parot, the Basque prisoner.
