Garaikoetxea rejects EA integration into EH Bildu
- In an event organized by EA in Donostia-San Sebastian in tribute to Joseba Elosegi, lehendakari Carlos Garaikoetxea has committed to the continuity of EH Bildu as a coalition, joining the critical sector of the party.
The former lehendakari of the Basque Government made these statements at the beginning of the political course, before the critical EA militants in the Basque Country. The former EA lehendakari argues that EH Bildu must continue as a coalition, that EA is a Social Democratic party and that it could not be integrated into a party with Marxist ideology, not to mention even Sortu.
