Half a century ago, the French government banned the Enbata wave for its ideas.

On 20 December 1973, a group of ETA bombed Admiral/Amiral Carrero Blanco in Madrid, who had to be Spain’s top leader after Franco. Especially in France, enlightened spirits did not think ETA did, the “ces cons de Basques” were not clear enough to do so. To whisper things, ETA did a journalism in the Bordeaux area with a satin, in the photos of the journalists where the guards appeared with mitrailes. The French government banned the movement. Young nationalists in the North began a new hunger strike in the Baiona Cathedral, the fourth in this place. Were we forbidden to participate in Enbata, who I know why and who they knew too? They were soon joined by a large number of ETA members.

In the same days a number of trunks were spread against us at the other end in the streets of Baiona. The ties denounced us as a cradle and as clubs of ETA hands. I witnessed this action with my wife descending through the cathedral, near Les Dames de France, during a modest afternoon we went shopping from Hazparne: a Renault 4L car fell by the cathedral throwing the papers in burruhos.

Two senior government officials

On 30 January 1974, the French government banned Enbata, along with two other movements: the first FLB, the Bretagne Libération Front, the second one, the corso: both used cracks, unlike Enbata. The Government took advantage of two senior positions: violence and separatism. On 28 March, lawyers were summoned to the Council of State/Conseil d’État. This confirmed the ban on 8 October 1975. Hazparn's genders brought the news to me on paper like the other five members of the office (Haran, Abeberry, Burucoa, Argitxu Noblia and Haramendy) and signed me. The Council of State had therefore abandoned the scourge of poverty, citing only the ideas: … il résulte des pièces du dossier… and in particulier du albest de la ley del País Vasco

Maritime Manifesto

This document is based on two documents: one, the kaiera it designates, the fourth of Enbata; another, the document of Itsasu, carved in stone in Basque: this second does not name it, but shocks with the following words: “assurant au peuple basque le plein exercice de son droit à se gouverner lui-même”; the fundamental right to govern in our French version.

Because the galerna was a very weakened movement in the last year, we thought they were looking for the newspaper's silencing, considering the rage they showed against it, and it was our best weapon. We therefore refuse to express it: it remained silent for one year. In the meantime, we realized that a journalist has all her autonomy, that she cannot be seen legally as part of a movement or party, and that as a result of that the Enbata ban could not excite. Therefore, after one year Enbata reappeared and remains alive, at three o'clock, in the twenty-fifth year, without wanting to portray.
