The Berton Bertokoa group has simulated the inuse of the websites of large catering companies such as Eurest, Grupogasca, Baska Cuisine, Tamar, Goñi Central Kitchen and Magui Central Kitchen. On behalf of these companies websites have been created in the .eus domain and it has been simulated that they were blocked. Facebook's "blocked" websites have hung a video in which they explain their claims through their websites.
They call for a “new dining model” for schools, “healthy for children”, to use “local and seasonal products”. Furthermore, they considered it necessary for the model to "guarantee fair working conditions" for the garbage collectors, fishermen and educators working in the area. They warn that quality education and quality food are "fundamental rights" that public authorities must guarantee. However, members of Berton Bertokoa regret that food has become a “business” in schools.
In view of the “lack of action” of the public authorities, they have carried out this action to alert them to the “kidnapping” of food in schools. They call for the public school canteens “to prepare fresh produce from the baserritars and local fishermen” and “to install canteens in the schools”.
