- The Catalan political prisoner has been in prison for almost thirteen years on charges of a crime of belonging to ETA in the family sphere. After passing Monday to court, the arrested person has been released provisionally on charges.
Maria Bernadó (Mallorca, Catalan Countries) has spent almost thirteen years in prison in Rennes (Brittany). Last Friday, after being transferred to Spain, he was admitted to the Madrid prison of Soto del Real, where he was admitted.
