On Thursday, several Tubacex workers were summoned to testify for participating in a picket on March 25, at Donostia Hospital. Colleagues who have been on strike and fighting at the factory for a long time have approached the Amurrio court to show their solidarity.
The tension has increased when the Ertzaintza tried to drive them out before trial - the workers have explained that there were no obstacles in a protest similar to the one they held in May in the same place. Aiaraldea.eus explained that the arrival of the Mobile Brigade of the Ertzaintza has been launched three times with its batons against the workers. One of the workers has been arrested and several have been injured by the attacks, how many of them have had to be treated in an outpatient clinic near the site.
