Brussels wants to relax the conditions for the deportation of migrants to other countries

The European Commission wants to change the regulation, and from now on the migrant should not necessarily have a direct link with the third country classified as "safe" to be deported there.
Brussels wants to delegate the obligation of direct link to the regulations of each country. Thus, if the proposal were to move forward, the only link would be limited to the fact that the migrant, during his long journey, had "passed" through that third country.
The path of "safe" third countries could be a way of escape so that deportations can be carried out more easily, with the signing of bilateral agreements between countries.
