St. John's day of this year, June 24, 2021, unfortunately, will go down in history but not for good. We won't remember it as the day we won in Roncesvalles, as on August 15, 778. Quite the opposite. Today is going to be one of the biggest cuts in rights that we want to apply to Basque citizenship and like that 30 June 1521 that we lost our kingdom in Noáin, or that 21 July 1876 that took our strides. And that is why we gather together with the oak tree, a symbol of Basque rights, to reclaim our rights and freedoms, as our ancestors often did.

We Basques have been pioneers of rights in Europe, because through Pyrenean law we have had fundamental rights recognised for a long time, thanks to the Forces, rather than in many European countries. For example, the equality between men and women that is claimed today was, at least, from 1090, because it was collected in the Fuero de Estella. We had the right not to be tortured, or we had a ban on slavery a few centuries earlier than in other countries. Or the right not to enter a police house, neither night nor day, because it was and is a sacred place.

But today, where are our rights? The Spanish State has made one of the biggest cuts in rights in Europe, on the excuse of COVID-19, and now, in the State, we will be the Basques of the Basque Autonomous Community, together with Galicians and Aragonese, the least rights we will have.

What are we seeing in the last year?

Why did we have the most severe confinement in all of Europe and the children had fewer rights than the animals that could not go out into the streets, not even for a moment, while we saw something else in Europe?

Why did the bars close without the government presenting any study here? Why does Davos want it? Because when he forced them to open the courts, the Basque Government told us that the deaths would increase greatly and we saw the opposite.

Why have the municipalities closed with the excuses of those who continually change us? To close more shops and small businesses?

But let's talk about the pandemic. The pandemic ended in May 2020. The WHO itself should recognize that it was completely wrong, because last year it confirmed that 175 million people were going to die, but we have seen that 4,000,000 have died. If we are told that there is a pandemic at the moment, I should say that there are 3 other pandemics, and that four pandemics are starving each year.

Yes, the WHO has just acknowledged that the mortality rate is 30 times lower than it said at the beginning. So why does the WHO do nothing to stop this terrible social, health and economic disaster it has caused worldwide?

There is no pandemic because asymptomatic people are not sick.

There is no pandemic because the occupation of Intensive Care has been similar to that of every year, as the flu has collapsed similarly in the winter area.

There is no pandemic because the daily numbers of media deaths are not compared to those of other years, as they are not so different.

There is no pandemic in Europe because between 10% and 15% more have died, not double or triple.

There is no pandemic here, but there are more questions that have no answer:

Why has Primary Care disappeared?

Why are they still confining healthy people?

Why have we been forced to wear a mask when it is proven to be harmful to our health?

Why use PCR without symptoms and too many cycles to give false positives?

Why are they called experimental genetic vaccines?

Why don't you want to use other less deadly therapies to cure COVID-19?

Why do you want to close 75% of the hospitality industry and reduce social relations?

Why are small and medium-sized enterprises and large oligopolies not taxed unashamed?

Why are they rejecting the scientific debate and imposing enormous censorship?

Why have doctors been banned from doing autopsies?

Why was elderly people abandoned in some homes without any kind of health surveillance, when there was room in some hospitals?

But instead of answering these questions, they come to step more with the new COVID-19 law. Because those of us who do not want to put experimental drugs with this law can be confined to detention centers; because the protection of personal data will disappear; because with the excuses they want they can close municipalities, companies and entire sectors; because they can perpetuate the social distancing and military protocols of the centers… and more and more social controls. I mean, they want to deny us basic rights -- forever?

And now more wood to children and young people, after having kept them in a military regime throughout the course, although according to their data, in many municipalities and months the state of health is good: children cannot play, move away, not breathe, die of cold and say that they can kill their aitites and amamas… It has been a shame. Unacceptable. How have we not rebelled against such ill-treatment?

Now they want to put the experimental drug on kids and young people. In the age range 0-20 years, the mortality rate has been 0.00025%. That is, a deceased from 0 to 20 years old in the CAV between 401,529 people, who also suffered from cancer, that is, almost 0. According to the official version that has been given to us over and over again, despite not having symptoms, children and young people are the main pollutants of the elderly (there are reports that it is the opposite). So why now, through the vaccine, have they been introduced with the antigen and, as a result, have they created more chances of spreading to the elderly according to their thesis, betting precisely the opposite of what we were told?

Finally, let us say to the politicians, especially those in the Basque Autonomous Community, that they have betrayed the people. That you do not deserve to be representatives of this people. They will be in front of us. And we're not going to accept this legal garbage because our ancestors are with us, because we're never going to give up the Gernika Tree and the rights that it represents.
