Political problem, which must be resolved politically

However, “how many mobilizations should be organized and how much energy should be expended for the State to respect the agreement signed (in the case of SEASKA) or how many teachers and fathers and mothers should be mobilized to open those classes of immersion agreed long ago by the Academic Inspectorate?” the Basque Confederation asked.
The electorate of the Single Community of Iparralde have unanimously approved the teaching of quality in Basque. And every year the concerns and negotiations about Euskera and teaching in Euskera are repeated when preparing the new course: It's too hard to have to behave the same way every year.
In the words of the Basque Confederation, achieving something depends on the political will of the French Government: “In this regard, it is clear that this year’s difficulties are those demonstrated by today’s governments, rather than a pedagogical or resource problem, which are linked to the ideological position.”
