Tarana Karim, a research lawyer, has worked in sectors such as hospitality or translation, and is currently immersed in activism. Since he came to Euskal Herria as a life volunteer 15 years ago, he has worked in different associations, including the Caritas and the Red Cross. Three years ago he founded the Ana Yurd Women's Association, with the aim of bringing together the women of the world, and also works in the Casa de las Mujeres de Tolosa Group. He has worked for two years in SOS Racism and, before that, he worked for four years as a dynamizer of the Bizilagunak project to promote coexistence.
