Mikhail and Alexander Kononovich, militants of the Communist Youth League of Ukraine, were released in December last year to prison. They're now controlling them through an electronic ankle device and they've been processed since last year.
They were removed and detained in March 2022, after being persecuted by the Ukrainian Security Services (SBU). They were tortured and threatened to be found guilty: if they did not accept the accusations and the ten years in prison, they were told that they would be incarcerated all their lives. In the hands of the fascists they were violently beaten, they broke their ribs and shattered their faces for several days. In addition, bank cards, mobile phones and other items were stolen.
Among the accusations made against the Kononovich brothers are that of acting as a spy, "changing the constitutional order by force", having weapons or "taking the power of the state". They have also reportedly accused communism of "praising".
In February 2022, the dispute was launched, for example, by several statements posted on Facebook in 2019 and 2021: They spoke, inter alia, of the crimes committed by the Ukrainian regime in Donbass. The brothers did not instill.
Death threats
Mikhail and Alexander have recently announced that the Government of Ukraine is organizing and preparing their murder. A police officer, Yevgeny Kravchuk, publicly calls to kill his brothers Kononovich via Facebook. In addition, through this social network he has communicated and disseminated the location of both inmates.
"These statements and calls can be made publicly by a police officer only through the suggestion of the authorities," said Kononovich brothers. Warn that if they murder "they would be illegal": "This is what was done in the 1930s in Nazi Germany, where communists and anti-fascists were outlawed."
