Four more prisoners will approach Euskal Herria
- They are Jon Bienzobas, Aitor Agirrebarrena, Iñaki Etxeberria and Patxi Markes. In addition, Unai Fano, who was in Basauri, has been granted the third degree of law.

Jon Bienzobas will be transferred to Dueñas prison in Palencia and Aitor Agirrebarrena to Villabona prison in Asturias.
