AZGAK from San Sebastian calls for a solution with the neighborhood table and GKS says he is willing to negotiate with the Abertzale left
- On Monday afternoon, two press conferences were held almost at the same time in San Sebastian, following the attacks and incidents that took place on Saturday night in the Casco Viejo. On the one hand, the so-called Gazte Asanblada of the Casco Viejo in the Plaza de la Trinidad. On the other hand, the so-called Socialist Movement in the amphitheater of Miramón. The first points out that it is clear that there were previously organized attacks and that "the militants of the socialist line of several peoples were brought in to attack the neighbors". The second has denounced "the campaign of intoxication and the political attacks of the Abertzale Left". They both express their willingness to resolve the situation with their respective formulae.
The Young Assembly of the Old Party of San Sebastian, on the occasion of the Saturday night dispute, stated: "It is clear to us that these attacks were organized earlier and that they also led to militants from the socialist line of several peoples attacking the neighbors."
He reports that on that night a member of the socialist line that attacked the portal has been expelled from the assembly and that they do not "accept any attacks". The reading of the Socialist Movement on the problem does not agree with the Young Assembly: "The socialist line places the core of this issue in an alliance around the Left Abertzale and Jarki, but besides lying, they despise the militants who are part of the PAS and who are not structured in the aforementioned organizations. AZGA is part of the popular movement and does not maintain any organic/strategic relationship with the Abertzale Left, Jarki, or any other agent. The PAS has not established any political veto at any time. The expulsion has been the result of the attack by the socialist line on the Assembly."

However, they express their willingness to negotiate with EH Bildu and Sortu "to help lower the tension of the streets and avoid a scenario of generalized tensions that does not really interest anyone". For this purpose they have pointed out some red lines, and in this sense EH Bildu and Sortu have addressed "to interrupt the campaign of political vetoes in the txosnas, recognize and respect our political militancy and end the campaign of persecution and intoxication against our organizations".
"Throughout Euskal Herria, strategies have been put in place to morally and often physically destroy our militants: they systematically take away the propaganda, make clandestine recordings and upload it to the networks, they are giving cases of workplace harassment by the people of EH Bildu for their militancy in the socialist movement, there have been illegal layoffs and absurd layoffs for ideological reasons. On the part of the Sortu teachers of the institute, cases of humiliation and discrimination of the students of Ikasle Abertzaleak are increasing. Social networks have become spaces of social harassment. In recent times there have been insults, punches and death threats against the Communists," they have denounced.
