Aitor Franco and Arkaitz Anza, political prisoners of Orere, are released
- The National Court has ordered the release of Franco and Anza. The six-year-old court called for a review of the sentence and the defenses imposed, based on the reform of the Spanish Penal Code that took place last year, as published by Naiz.eus. According to this, there is the possibility of reducing the penalty in “crimes of low severity”.

They were arrested on the charge of Segiko's membership. He was in prison for five and a half years and four and a half years. During the five days of incommunicado detention, torture was reported. Anza has been imprisoned in the León prison in Franco and Valladolid.
In 2008, Anza and Franco were detained for one year and two years. They were then released under guarantee, but the Supreme Court upheld the conviction in 2012. Maitane Linazasoro, Xabier Lujanbio and Aitor Alberdi were also convicted in the same case.
Franco was again imprisoned in October 2012 and in January 2013 Anza, Linazaroso and Lujanbio were arrested by the Basque Government in an action in San Sebastian called by the Elea movement.
