Five months ago the intentions of the City of Vitoria came to light, but it has now done so. The City Council will pay 146,000 euros to Orion Analysts to identify graphers, according to Alea. The City Hall reports that the company has been hired in order to remove unauthorized graffiti on the streets of the city.
The company starts research and produces reports. It does not have to capture the painting at the moment, as it uses graphic analysis to identify the people performing the painting.
In addition, it offers the possibility of carrying out a research circle on people who come to work. For example, through the analysis of the social networks of the candidates he elaborates a psychological report on it, based, among others, on graphics. He also works to “capture the profile” of candidates, if he has the capacity to work as a team, if he is honest...
