A bottle with a radioactive symbol appeared on the beach of the Concha de San Sebastián. On the same day as the IX London Convention on Radioactive Waste, there was a great stir in San Sebastian. After numerous calls, municipal police officers pulled out those who were in the water, a group of technicians approached the edge of the drum and began to measure it with an Oncology apparatus. The alarm was false, but the drum was secretly released by an antinuclear group from a boat to the water. They published a note that said “today is false, tomorrow is true.” A few days ago it was just known that many dangerous drums were lost in the previous floods.
