A year has passed since the official of the City of Laudio lost his job by relinquishing his linguistic profile. The official argued that the Basque language was “a difficult language”, and the court of Vitoria gave the reason and decided that, as this worker was over 45 years old, “she could not be required to have an Euskera certificate”.
