Christmas
Like every year we have to spend Christmas with the family. If we look at the environment, we can see that spending time with the family on several people is a real suffering. Many of these family moments have great abdominal distress.
I've wondered many times why we do this kind of pain, but surely for those who feel this great discomfort it won't be so easy to respond. Why do we suffer this kind of suffering? Do we not have the right to do whatever it is for our good?
I guess we're all afraid of loneliness. We don't want to break relationships, because culturally they have shown us that we need to have proper relationships with the family. In the end, this results in feeling lonely and unknown among people. Unknown, because like yourself it cannot appear.
That is why we want to spend mandatory days quickly and wanting to feel routine. We find it hard to emerge what we feel, and even more so to respect what the heart feels. Like every year, Christmas is over. At the moment we can breathe and encourage the new year to do what we feel.
