ETB survey: technical draw between PNV and EH Bildu

According to the survey published by ETB after the closing of the polling stations, PNV and EH Bildu would have a technical draw, with 26-28 seats each. The PNV would get 35.7% of the votes (and would lose 3-5 seats) and EH Bildu 32.9% (and win 5-7 seats). Accordingly, competition will be demanding.
The third force, the PSE-EE, can have two more parliamentarians (10-12) and an increase of 0.6%.
The PP would be the fourth and gain an increase of 1.5 points (one more parliamentarian than today, with 7). So, Vox would take away the only thing this match has today.
Together they compete between Podemos and Sumar, according to this survey You can get 1-2 and Sumar 0-2.
Analyzing by country, Araba and Gipuzkoa would win EH Bildu and Bizkaia the PNV.
