The Feminist Movement of Amurrio, the Women’s Network* and the youth group Otsemeak have called a rally this afternoon in Plaza Juan Urrutia to denounce the Machian aggressions in the context of the festivities. Hundreds of citizens have joined in mobilizing the sentence.

Feminist agents have explained that they have known two macho aggressions that occurred on the day of the sucking, on August 12. "As the aggressors live among us, it is the responsibility of all to face and denounce them. Therefore, all party agents should be the guarantee that parties are safe, pleasant and free places", indicate in the manifesto read during the meeting.

The three agents have claimed that they will not be "crouched" against these attacks. Finally, they have conveyed "all solidarity and support" to those who have experienced in recent days the "extreme manifestations of male violence".

On the other hand, the Trot-Art de Amurrio group denounced in the afternoon concentration the insults and homophobic comments that have occurred in the context of the festivities. They claim "a party where we can all" and demand "zero tolerance" towards homophobia: "The inquisition external to the sexual orientation itself, let alone the issue of insult. We hope that these attitudes will not be repeated."
