The main question of the night was whether the sum of both would exceed the 38 barrier to form government. And the citizens of Araba, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa who have chosen to vote yes. The PNV has lost four parliamentarians from the 2020 elections, stayed with 27, but voters have reaffirmed their confidence in the nationalist party.
Because, although EH Bildu was tied to the number of seats, the PNV has once again become the most voted party. As a percentage of votes, he obtained almost three points, some 30,000 votes. To be part of the government, the nationalists will face the door of the ordinary PSE-EE member, who also has to celebrate: the party headed by Eneko Andueza has won two representatives, with twelve. Thus, in a hypothetical investiture of Imanol Pradales as lehendakari, they would far reach the majority of the votes, 39 among them.
EH Bildu will have six more parliamentarians than four years ago, the most of all. It could form a possible government with the PSE-EE, but the socialists have already said that they would not support the government of the sovereigns.
The PP, after winning a seat, will have seven parliamentarians in the Basque Parliament and Vox has remained in Álava. Therefore, the right and the far-right of Spain will have eight locations in the Vitoria chamber, two more than the previous one, going from six to eight.
Add surprise in Álava. The EiTB survey of April, if given a seat, delivered it to Bizkaia. In February, the same survey house was delivered to Gipuzkoa.
We could have six parliamentarians in the last legislature, had eleven, and did not get any in these elections.

This singular fact cannot be understood from an evolutionary process through which Spanish consciousness becomes Basque... [+]
The night of 21 April left quite clear results around the winning and losing election parties. As the Ortuzar have pointed out, voters have given the PNV a new opportunity and it has been the most voted party in the CAV; in Araba and Gipuzkoa the victory has been for EH Bildu,... [+]

After the whirlwind of the election campaign, and once we have left the vote in the ballot box, we are in a position to make our reading. After all, it seems that they will govern the same as before, from the head. We therefore do not know whether we should invite this new... [+]
In the Gasteiz Parliament it is said that there is a “sovereign majority”, which is also a “left-wing majority”. On the contrary, as we all know, the government that will leave this assembly of elected officials will not be sovereign or left-wing. EH Bildu has tried to... [+]

Are we convinced that this is not the way to the Basque people once and for all? What is not the route of Euskaldunization of the Ertzaintza?
Are we convinced that this collaboration will not contribute to putting the whole of Euskal Herria on the path of the... [+]
