The police caused the massacre of Carandinero prison in Sao Paulo, Brazil. 111 prisoners were killed to end the rebellion by thousands of prisoners. The prison director called the military police and tried to negotiate with the prisoners. However, the military police attacked them by shooting and hitting the dogs.
