  • One of the four civil guards who are being prosecuted for torturing and sexually assaulting Sandra Barrenetxea has posted photos of a site that raises Francoism, according to La Hain. After the complaint, close the account.

The photo shows the "intentional stop" that Civil Guard Carlos Arranz Marina says for the place in the photo. In the restaurant you can see the Francoist symbol of Spain and the photo of Franco on the wall. "How are you... always so politically neutral," a friend tells him. The civil guard, José Carlos Arranz Marina, participated in the arrest of Sandra Barrenetxea and drove to Madrid sitting next to her in the car.Barrenetxea reports that the attacks began in the car and that in addition to breaking his pants, his panties were lowered.

The individual indictment calls for nineteen years in prison for the defendants: ten for sexual assault, six for torture and three for injuries. The prosecutors and the defense are demanding acquittal. Sandra Barrenetxea testified on Wednesday and met three people in person, as you can hear in the following video.
