Damage in the day to day
It has caused damage everywhere, because everything has fallen apart. It has completely disturbed the daily life.
In Osakidetza, workers have been forced to turn off their computers in order to take advantage of power generators for basic services. It has also caused problems in transport, among which the traffic lights did not work, nor the lights in the tunnels, and like the train and tram service, the metro has also been paralyzed in Bilbao. The passengers were trapped there. The airports also stopped. Many schools have also been closed, including the UPV and the University of Deusto.

Black smoke has spread in Muskiz from Petronor's factory. The company says "nothing" has happened; it has linked the smoke to the activated electricity recovery plan.
Only mobile data roaming during the blackout has worked, but this has also been slow, and some companies have also fallen.
