Quosque tandem.. Aitor
  • Aitor Montes has just published an opinion article and, once again, through a complaint against the authorities, has attacked a worker and, through him, several colleagues working with him. It is not the first, because we have seen on more than one occasion how harsh words are spoken about the Organisation for the Basque Country of Health (EEO) against the whole world.

In the same vein, there has never been a lack of imitator, so it has not been lacking that the Osakidetza language standardisation technician has shattered them a great deal, who knows why. Mysteries. When the shooters don't know who to throw, they seem to throw the one passing by in front of their eyes. And often, as on this occasion, the shots are very serious.

Unfortunately, like Aitor, we often forget the people who use it in such a humiliating manner, the people who are harmed, the people who are worthy, who deserve to be treated with respect, especially when we have nothing against those people who are the victims of our anger, but the false and delusional beliefs that we leave our bosom.

Quosque tandem, Aitor, abutere patientia nostra?
Unfortunately, like Aitor, we often forget those of us who do so in such a humiliating way, harmed, people, dignified, who deserve to be treated with respect.

Aitor Montes is right when he says that the Basque Service of Osakidetza has remained at a critical moment without head, specifically in the II. At the end of the Euskera Plan, when the overall final evaluation has to be carried out, then the III. Start designing the Basque Plan. In this sense, anyone with a sense of the word should think that the cutting of the head that has left does not turn into a chasm, that we must do our best to ensure continuity at this critical moment, so that there are no gaps.

And how is this monitoring guaranteed, in favour of the normalization of the Basque Country, in favour of the Basque Country, in favour of the Basque Country? Continuing with the follow-up, that is, with the support of the technician responsible for promoting the Euskera Plan, which has also managed the mid-term evaluation of the Plan, one of the pillars of the Euskera Service which, together with the head of service of the past, has been, with great experience, the head of the Euskera of one of the largest entities for years.

Although all of this is evident, those who do not want to see it do not see it, of course, and prefer to imagine a world that suits their tastes and interests instead of the world before them. What are those interests? I don't know, but this is clear. Aitor Montes knows little and assumes a lot. For example:

1. It assumes that at the moment the technical officer responsible for planning and the Basque Service has been chosen without further formalities by the authorities, so that they can then give that responsibility to whoever they want.

2nd Suppose that this technician is a servant, a milky, thankful womb, who will work without seriousness.

3. It assumes that a head of the administration decides language policy, dictates standards, is not under the orders of his superiors.

4. It is an unusual and irregular performance of superior functions by a technician, whether fixed or interim, at an intermediate stage, on a temporary basis.

5. And he knows who will be appointed head of service at some point; if he does so by the technician who has assumed the transitional responsibility, that God will listen to Aitor, surely because, as now, it can be the best option, if he wants, of course, and it is not at all clear.

Aitor Montes does not know:
Therefore, Aitor, it is very fair to criticise the decisions of the administration and the authorities, and there are not many suitable occasions, but there are some red lines that you should not overcome

1. That the responsible technician has been proposed by colleagues themselves to the authority of Osakidetza, who has done what he has done but to accept the workers’ proposal, of course, in view of the opportunity.

2nd that the colleagues themselves, aware of the critical moments and the value of the candidate, have had to beg and convince, because the technician did not have that intention.

3. That a technician can assume superior functions in transit, even if it is not fixed, because at the moment there is no caste in the administration (I would like to think that Aitor does not want that).

4. That the Administration is a Hierarchical Agency in the service of technicians, Team Heads, Section Heads or Service Heads, provided that the principle of legality is complied with, of course.

5. That the Head of the Euskera Service is not one of the organs of Osakidetza, that it does not establish rules, except as regards the internal functioning of the service, and that, of course, it is not in any case a legislative power, nor a superior executive or judicial body.

6. The technician responsible for the Euskera Service, as it is well demonstrated, is an experienced, failed, serious, honest, clear, impeccable and highly valued worker.

Therefore, Aitor, it is very fair to criticise the decisions of the administration and the authorities, and there are not too many suitable occasions, but you should not overcome some red lines, such as offending, insulting, insulting people in such a cheap and malicious manner depending on your interests or interests, and, at the same time, use all kinds of black lies in the elaboration of arguments, inventing any connection, seeking unfounded sativeness.

Do not be perverse and there is no reason to say Quosque tandem, Aitor, abutere patientia nostra.
