The Supreme Court investigates the dismissal of Patxi Zamora

A high office of the Civil Guard, without any justification, ruled that Patxi Zamora was unable to renew the airport ticket. This document was essential for him to continue working as flight helper at the Iberia company. That's why the company fired him. Zamora had been in work for 31 years, without any problems. Zamora, spokesman for the citizen platform Kontuz, denounced the case of Caja Navarra. Now, the Supreme Court has admitted the Attorney's appeal against the dismissal of Zamora. The Court only admits 17 per cent of this type of appeal. The decision opens the way for clarification once and for all why the Civil Guard determined that Zamora "was not able" to have the airport card.
