In response to the incident, the City Council issued a statement on Monday. It is reported that in the early morning of Sunday some young women found a small camera in the bathroom of a bar in the municipality. Then he alerted the owner and he called the local police. The police confirmed that there were no other cameras.
The local police began the investigation phase and issued the corresponding report. He also collected testimonies from neighbors. The police have not received any complaints yet.
The City Council described the incident as "very serious" and concluded its statement with a request for a thorough investigation. It has also established contacts with actors and other political parties in order to inform them of the information received and to agree on the steps to be taken.
