Hungarian Prime Minister Gergely Gulyas explained that the procedure for the termination of NZA’s membership in the International Criminal Court “will continue in accordance with the constitution and the international legal framework.” The decision comes on the same day that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with President Viktor Orban, Hungary’s court in The Hague in November last year imposed a warrant for Netanyahu’s arrest on charges of crimes against humanity and war crimes in connection with the Gaza Strip offensive. Since that ruling, Netanyahu will oppress a country that has ratified the Rome Statute for the first time.
While the NZA is a “respectable initiative,” Gulyas recently told the new Hungarian MTI agency that it has become a “political body.” To locate the decision, specify the following: "A sad example of this is the accusation against Netanyahu." Hamas condemns Hungary’s decision in a statement: "It is a hard blow to international justice for Hungary to be complicit in a criminal war. It's a shameful and immoral decision." In addition, he called on the European country to carry out its tasks and hand Netanyahu over to the NZA, "to be held accountable for the crimes and to receive a fair punishment for the massacres and genocide he committed against the Palestinians."
In 2001, the Rome Statute was ratified by Hungary, which means that it is subject to the jurisdiction of the Hague court. Local police should arrest the Prime Minister of Israel. Orbán, however, has repeatedly stated that he will ignore the order and, on the contrary, that "freedom and security will be guaranteed" to Netanyahu.
Israel wants to seize 25% of Gaza’s land
Almost two weeks after the ceasefire that he agreed with Hamas was broken, Israeli army chief Eyal Zamir reported in a note on April 3 that attacks on Gaza will be "extended" to cover more of the land on the list. Several international media outlets, including the U.S. New York Post, have revealed that Israel is aiming to take 25 percent of the land in Gaza with its new operation, called Force and Sword, to “put pressure on Hamas to release its captives.”
With the spread of attacks on Gaza, the Israeli army has intensified its bombing of the Palestinians on the list:According to Al Jazeera, 76 Palestinians have been killed in air strikes this Thursday morning. In addition, the UN Secretary General, Antonio Gutierrez, accused Israel on Monday of the murder of fifteen UN personnel, also deploring the fact that they were thrown into a mass grave after his death.
