There's a long list of 279 movies. Among them, among others, Her, a film that illustrates this article with the image taken from a wide television. The series section is more heterogeneous. There is no complete multi-season series, to be honest. We made this list:
The subtitles have been released under a Creative Commons-BY license. That is, they can be freely reused, confessing to their origin. And in fact, in all the subtitle files there is the citation that they have been translated with the support of the government. This means that other TV or streaming services such as HBO, Netflix, Filmin and others can reuse these subtitles on their platforms if they so wish.
The Canal Plus has disappeared since the conclusion of this agreement. It is now called Movistar Plus, but on its platforms they still offer these subtitles. It was an agreement until 2016 that was signed at the time, and the commitment to release the subtitles was one year after the films were broadcast. Therefore, we believe that the ones that have been released so far are until 2015, and that several other sub-projects that have been broadcast on Movistar during 2016 will be released within a year.
From Azpitituluak.com we have received this news with great satisfaction. We will gradually upload the subtitles to our catalog, recognizing their origin, and adding a tab and information about the synchronizations. We only have one doubt... If the Canal Plus subtitles have been released, what about the ones made for ETB?
Will anyone answer us?
