On September 30, the students gathered at the Law School under the slogan “Kanpora fascists” and at 11:00 hundreds of people concentrated to ask the UPV/EHU to expel the professor. According to EiTB at midday, the teacher who has spread fascist messages will not teach in a transitional period.
The case against the Professor of Labour Law began on 27 September. From Leioa! The media reported that a professor who disseminated fascist ideas through networks was teaching at the Faculty of Law of Leioa. The professor has disseminated publications of the Spanish Phalanx of the JONS and of Santiago Armesilla, broadcast of fascist messages, and has disseminated Machistan, homophobic and in favor of Franco.
On the morning of September 27, the teacher went to teach and several students prevented him from leaving the classroom, as can be seen in the video. Finally, he left the Faculty run by the University's security forces. The youth movement ERNAI took action and asked the UPV/EHU to expel the teacher.
On September 29, the Minister of Science, Universities and Innovation, José Ignacio Pérez Iglesias, spoke at Euskadi Radio about the events of Friday. It states that the harassment of students by teachers is unacceptable. He added that the professor's statements should be analyzed, as they seem incompatible with the ideas of the academy. He said, “If these are comments that may constitute a crime, they should take action against it.”
Some of the messages disseminated by the teacher on platform X
It has delivered the following message against abortion, for example: “Women for abortion, who reject your father and despise life. Slut daughter, have you made the stone as I promised you the other day? You'll see if I see a stain on a plate or a glass ... Condemn the crimes and deliver births, goggles. Long live Spain, the glots.”
Also this message in favor of the Falangists: "Where is the king, Philip VI? Falangists have always said this, the Bourbon monarchy is not a guarantee of anything, but of its deplorable dynasty. The Bourbon is not there and nobody is waiting for him. Another accomplice of the criminal separatism he accepts.”
An example of homophobic messages is as follows: “Pfff…. What do the Basque PP look like? Is it fashionable to make Maricón to win votes? Don’t remember me because I’m going to sink them… I’d rather die than make Maritxu. I have thrown his ballot into a glass of oil.”
He has also written about Alarde de Irun and his mayor, Cristina Labordaz: “The Alarde with Franco was much better: the chords of the national anthem were heard. What do we have now? We get a mayor who authorizes the murder of children. They can't get us dirty anymore. You, @_laborda, but I like it a lot more Franco... Hit the hymn, take it...”
