First demonstration against military service in Donostia. The call to manifestation was made by the movements KEM-MOC, GAI, IT, JIC, EGG, EGAM and AMI. On 12 November, and also 20 November, demonstrations were held in San Sebastian and there were incidents before the military government with the police. Several persons were arrested and transferred to the Juvenile Court. On 12 October the collection of signatures began in Bilbao.
