Seaska gave her classes as a protest in Baiona Square. The Iparralde Ikastolas association called for more resources. During the 1980s Seaska reached several agreements with the French Ministries of Culture and Education, but in 1986 the Constitutional Council annulled the agreement for the integration of Seaska teachers in the Ministry of Education.
