Salvador Puig Antich was executed by the Franco regime. I was 26 years old and I was an anarchist. The war was sentenced to death in a council for the murder of a police officer. The process was full of irregularities. Both throughout the Spanish State and internationally, a mobilization campaign was launched to request the pardon of Puig Antich, but the dictator did not save his life. He was the last person killed in Spain in garrote.
