In Pasai Donibane, the Spanish Civil Guard ambushed five members of the Autonomous Anti-Capitalist Commands. They died: Rafael Delas, Jose Mari Izura, Dioni Aizpuru and Pedro Mari Isart. Joseba Merino was arrested. Previously kidnapped and tortured, militant Rosa Jimeno was used as a bait. The case has been filed twice without judicial consequences.
