Oihane Errazkin Galdos, a Basque prisoner, was found in prison after committing suicide. During 2001, Dax was arrested on the grounds that he had something to do with ETA and remained in Fleury Merogis prison. He fled San Sebastian in 1997, following an ETA attack. In the protest demonstration of Errazkin's death, despite all the permits, the Ertzaintza hit family and friends. However, the demonstration managed to reach Boulevard.

Fleury Merogis is the largest prison in Europe and, despite having 2,800 prisoners, has occupied twice as much space. It's the jail with the highest suicide rate, seven a year. Errazkin was born in Andorra when his parents were in exile.
