They finally managed to extinguish the fire in the Landeta forest. The terrible fire started six days earlier caused great damage, 52,000 hectares were burned and 82 people killed who worked in the extinction. In addition to the poor state of the forest and droughts, weak winds made the fire uncontrollable, prolonging for several days the work of extinction. When the wind calmed down, they were able to completely extinguish the fire.
