Kinmel Park Matxinada begins in the Welsh town of Abergele

The Matxinada of Kinmel Park began in the Welsh people of Abergele, when Canadian soldiers began to protest because, after the First World War, they were not brought back to their country. They also complained about the precarious conditions of the camp and 15,000 soldiers began a two-day rebellion. The protest was a success and took home at the end of the month.
