Iñaki Viar Etxeberria was declared innocent by the judge in grave disobedience to the president of the TOP for having been declared in full in Basque a year earlier. The president of the Francoist justice TOP turned on to see that he responded in Basque. He was a member of ETA and in July 1970 a War Council sentenced him to 20 years in prison in Burgos. He went out into the street with the 1977 Amnesty Act.
