The Basque Country Peninsular celebrated the first Aberri Eguna after Franco

In Hego Euskal Herria the first Aberri Eguna legislated after the Franco regime was held. Other parties and movements other than UCD and AP were jointly convened, bringing together hundreds of thousands of people. The Spanish constitution required, among other things, recognition of the right of peoples to self-determination.
