CNT started the January revolution in Spain

The CNT union began the second uprising. It is also known as revolution in January 1933. In the Asturian town of La Felguera a powerful explosive device was installed and at the same time in Seville the incidents began, opening the call to rise at different points in the Spanish state.

The government of the Republic was heavily crushed by the murder of Casas Vieja in Seville: They killed 26 workers and the political environment was massively mixed up among the progressives.
