Dozens of people with functional diversity in Bolivia began a march from Trinidad to La Paz to ask the Evo Morales government to raise subsidies. Hundreds of people came together on the road and began camping in the capital. In March 2012, the government approved a rise, but not the same as the protesters demanded.
