The workers of the port of Bizkaia refused to download the materials intended for the Lemoiz plant. The Workers' Assembly decided to boycott the Covadonga ship. Among the pieces was the part of the damaged reactor in an ETA attack. Another piece weighed 41 tons and could not be unloaded by the workers' boycott. They took him to Bordeaux, but there too, in solidarity with the Basque workers, they boycotted him. Finally, he was transferred to Santander.
