President Vilbrum Guillaume San, closely related to the United States, was killed during a revolt in Haiti. They rose up against commercial relations with citizens. In a politically very unstable country, his body was torn apart by the streets and later the United States occupied the country militarily to impose a cruel regime that would last until 1934.
