Catalonia is dry. As long as it has not been seen. It is very sky oriented, but drought is not entirely natural or without historical reasons. Catalonia overexploits its its freshwater by 31% and is also one of the places in the world that has most privatized the management of this human right: 78% of the population is supplied by private companies.
