Without you there would be no Day of Light
Itsaso Zubiria Etxeberria 2017ko urriaren 21

Luckily, at ARGIA we have this corner and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who have helped us in one way or another to have Light Day of Vitoria-Gasteiz come forward on 7 October. They say that we Basques are in short words and that it is very difficult to thank them, but how beautiful is it? Two words, twelve letters alone, and sometimes it cost me so much...

The date of 7 October already has a great preparatory work and each year ARGIA meets with the agents and Argiazaleak of the town or city where the festival will be held and prepares the day together. This year they have worked with us members of the feminist movement of Gasteiz, of the Euskaltegi Ika, of the association of Abetxuko's neighbors, friends of Errekaleor,... The Oihaneder’s Lazarraga association has offered us a warm shadow of encounter. Thank you all very much. Also to our friends from the radio Hala Bedi and Ale Araba, thank you very much. GEU Gasteiz Euskalduna and the March 3 associations had the guide in the excursions to explain the corners of Gasteiz, the albokaris enliven the noon, Lierni Arrieta taught us to make clay balls and raise us, to finish the day that the Gaztetxe opened our doors to organize the concerts, the friends of Auzolana let us use the fronton as a warehouse. To help Fifor unite concerts, disseminate posters and collaborate with the infrastructure. Thanks to Bionekaraba for collaborating with the Huerta Bizi and making a space in the fair. Thanks to Goian Alde Zaharra Bizirik for preparing cooperative games. They also let us prepare the coffee in society next to Polideportivo Larratxo, our Berango subscriber Mari Tere Gonzalez also gave us a hug for making some delicious Basque pastries that we ate after eating. The City Hall of Vitoria-Gasteiz, the Council of Álava and the Institutions... And of course, you approached Argiazaleoi and Argiazale so that you could approach all those who stayed at home in care work.

I am sure that after much effort I will not remember all the names, but all those who have made the Argia Eguna possible, on behalf of the whole ARGIA team, thank you very much!
