We're also self-organizing.

The objective I have to write this text is to note that self-training is strategic for Euskal Herria and that it is an idea that is at the heart of many initiatives. And at a more detailed level, for the debate, list the conditions necessary for a process of self-training to take place.

Firstly, I would like to stress that there is an absolutely unusual exercise in the formulation of self-organisation. Why? Because self-organization, unlike other ideologies, receives teachings both from its own practice and from other thoughts: from libertarian thinking, from humanism, from liberalism and from Marxism. A parenthesis: this practice of miscegenation of ideas is current. Come on. Self-organization has had to perform this atypical exercise because, among other things, it wants to combine the development of the person with the collective vocation. Sometimes conflicting interests. In addition, self-organisation has found in partnership the most appropriate concept, the most coherent approach. Therefore, two fundamental pillars: self-organisation and cooperation.

In the logic and at the base of all expressions of herrigintza and transformation is self-organization. In addition, self-organization experiences can share a broad and strategic direction

Back home, Euskal Herria is a territory rich in self-organization experiences: cultural, economic, Euskalgintza, educational, media or socio-political. I believe that self-organisation, cooperation and entrepreneurship are elements of this country’s identity, and that being aware of this is one of the keys to the future. In the logic and at the base of all expressions of herrigintza and transformation is self-organization. In addition, self-organization experiences can share a broad and strategic direction.

The idea of “self-organization in cooperation” is strong for many reasons. To mention a few, because it turns the person into subject and society into a community. Or because it frees us from dependencies. Because in addition, without waiting for anyone, the project can begin to become a reality. On the other hand, because it links it to the person's true wills. Or because it draws more self-constituted subjects and communities.

To conclude this reflection, I will list seven elements that I need for a self-organized experience, with the will to advance in the reflection. One: put the person at the center of the process. Two: transforming the person to transform the environment. Three: have a good and attractive idea. Four: to be a proper leader, catalyst, creative, constant, visual and at the service of people. Five: desire to act. Six: promoter group. Seven: integral viability and sense of reality.

The rest of the keys, as all processes are dynamic, will light up with the passage. I had to start walking.
