These data have been provided by the Department of Employment and Social Policies of the Basque Government for the year 2018. The data have been presented by Education Counselor Beatriz Artolazaba, and EH Parliamentarian Bildu Nerea Kortajarena has made them known: Kortajarena has stated that they are "very bad", while being very critical of the policy of the Government of Iñigo Urkullu.

EH Bildu Parliamentarian has also stated that the social policy being pursued by the Urkullu Government "deserves a full amendment".

In addition to these data, 8% of the population at risk of poverty should be added: 172,307 inhabitants. Likewise, 121,659 people do not pay basic expenses: rental, mortgages and other payments are delayed.

In addition, 46,149 people are in serious condition and 39,111 are in critical condition, as they do not obtain the minimum of food. People who suffer from poverty (44.7%) are couples, have children; 29% are single parents. 19% live alone, 6.8% have no children izaki.Adin and the few also suffer the impact of poverty. 50.2% of these people are under fourteen years old.
