- The Network of Young People of the Basque Country* has made the pooling in Usurbil (Gipuzkoa) from 13 to 15 October. It has been a meeting point for joint discussions and decisions on various issues discussed in local assemblies. But above all, they have taken advantage of these days to take up forces for the general feminist strike.
In fact, the celebration of Unification this year has been characterized by a special context in which on 30 November there will be a general feminist strike among the members of the feminist movement throughout the Basque Country, and for their organization it is necessary for young women to reflect together.
The issues discussed at the three-day meeting have been very varied and have given particular importance to surveillance, which is the essence of the strike of 30 November. Young people have tried to answer the following questions: What place do young women* have in the surveillance system? What do you want to claim in the feminist strike?
