"The management workers of the Haurreskolak Consortium have been working in precarious and unacceptable working conditions for years," the press release states: "We do not have a list of jobs, we are 100% temporary, instead of covering replacements, workers move us from one area to another, generating unbearable workloads. The average difference with the Department of Education is 2 categories, with the wage gap it generates, etc. ".
The workers have acknowledged that thanks to the mobilizations of December some progress has been made, "which until now were 'impossible', making it possible from one day to the next". However, it is said that there are still some "short legs" left. "That is why our demands are for the replacements to be complied with from day one, for all reductions to be replaced from one third, for the regulation and the timetable of the workload to be created to cover the replacements, for the completion of a Decent List of Jobs (RPT) in terms of internal promotion, for the Public Administration to be used as a reference and for adaptation to the Consortium."
To carry out all this, the workers have stressed that it will be "necessary" for the themes proposed by the company to be "duly elaborated and concretized". Otherwise, they will have no choice but to continue the mobilisations.
